OECD Monitoring Group in Armenia

16/03/2018

From March 12 to 16, the Monitoring Group of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Anti-Corruption Network for Eastern Europe and Central Asia is in Armenia and is carrying out evaluation of the OECD 4th Stage. In particular, the chapters on anti-corruption policy, criminalisation of corruption and prevention of corruption and their practical application are being subjected to evaluation.

Within the scope of evaluation, the Monitoring Group, composed of 11 experts, is also having meetings with the representatives of several state bodies, non-governmental organisations and business representatives for the purpose of examining the process of completion of the 23 recommendations addressed to Armenia by the OECD in 2014.
