From 13 to 15 February, Deputy Minister of Justice Vahe Danielyan and Head of the Civil Status Acts Registration Agency of the Ministry of Justice Ani Mkhitaryan visited Georgia to get acquainted with the activities of the Justice Houses operating in Tbilisi.

During the visit, they met with First Deputy Minister of Justice of Georgia Mikheil Sarjveladze and other high-ranking officials, discussed issues related to the activities of the Public Service Halls in Georgia, particularly the reforms made in the sectors of state registration of legal entities and civil status acts registration, the obstacles that have been encountered during this process and several current issues.

The Deputy Minister reached an agreement with the Georgian side to continue the already established cordial and partnering co-operation and particularly make efforts to localise the Georgian practice in Armenia.

Let us remind that the Strategy for Judicial and Legal Reforms envisages an action to create a unified centre for provision of certain services provided by state and local self-government bodies under the "one-stop shop" principle and the introduction of electronic tools for provision of certain services under that principle.
