Dear Visitor, The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia welcomes you and expresses its willingness for cooperation and support. Taking as a starting point the necessity to guarantee the freedom to seek, receive and impart information and ideas, as provided for in Article 27 of the Constitution, we will endeavour to provide the public, without reservation, with accurate information on the events concerning our system, most urgent legislative acts, the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights, and to present comprehensive clarifications and answers to your concerns. The site still needs improvement, and we will, in particular, try to enrich it with materials relating to the history of our system and future plans; therefore we will highly appreciate your contribution - through your comments and recommendations - to the improvement of the site.
