Administration of Ministry of Justice participates in professional course on management skills being conducted through assistance of the EU

The staff of the Ministry of Justice, under the leadership of Minister of Justice Grigor Minasyan, participated in a training-workshop within the scope of the EU project "Support to Justice Sector Reforms in Armenia'' and ''Technical Assistance for Budget Support Programme “Support to Justice Sector Reforms in Armenia''.

The aim of the workshop is to improve and enhance the skills and capacities of the general management and leadership of high-ranking personnel of the Ministry of Justice and to identify managerial ways and methods for solving those problems as a result of analysing the specific problems.

During the interactive training programme, the heads of subdivisions of the Ministry of Justice explored a number of theoretical directions targeted at capacity-building in management and leadership and the practical skills for leading individuals and teams, forming a team vision for achieving results through successful management.

The training courses were conducted by PhD in Social Sciences Arpi Karapetyan, who holds international qualifications, is an HR professional, coach, trainer and consultant and the Founder, General Manager at Cascade People & Business, and Founder, CEO at "Humanizzed" organisation, Group Chief People and Culture Officer at "Digitain" Maria Karapetyan.
