Judge has committed violations of norms of procedural rights, as well as the Code of Conduct of judges under a number of judicial cases; Warning has been declared upon decision of Supreme Judicial Council

Based on the motion of the Minister of Justice, the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) has declared a warning against Judge Armine Safaryan of the Civil Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan.

On 5 October of this year, the Minister of Justice submitted a motion to the SJC for an obvious violation by the judge in a number of judicial cases. During court sessions, the Supreme Judicial Council reported that in a number of judicial cases the judge violated norms of procedural rights, as well as the Code of Conduct of judges. In particular, the judge sent the decisions on returning statement of claim to the parties to the trial more than 1 year 4 months to 1 year 9 months from the moment that the decisions were rendered; in another judicial case, the judge provided the decisions on dismissing the proceedings of the case to the party to the trial more than 1 year 2 months to 1 year 4 months after the designated day of publication; in another case, the judge failed to provide to the party to the trial more than 1 year 4 months after the designated day of publication, published on "Datalex" Judicial Information System more than 8 months to 1 year 5 months after the designated day of publication of judgements or was not published on "Datalex" Judicial Information System more than 1 year 9 months after the designated day of publication of judgements, or did not provide to the party to the trial more than 7 months to 1 year 5 months after the designated day of publication of judgements or failed to provide to the party to the trial more than 1 year 5 months to 1 year 8 months after the designated day of publication, issued the writs of execution 10 days to 6 months after the term prescribed by the law on issuing a writ of execution.
