It is being conducted by the "Legal Education and Rehabilitation Programmes Implementation Centre" SNCO.

Starting from 1 September 2019, citizens will be able to address the preferred territorial body of Civil Status Acts Registration or the Civil Status Acts Registration Agency of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia for registering civil status acts, performing other functions arising from that, including receiving duplicates of certificates and statements of information on state registration of civil status.

During its session today, the Government approved the drafts of the Laws "On making amendments and supplements to the Criminal Code" and "On making a supplement to the Criminal Procedure Code". According to Minister of Justice Rustam Badasyan, granting or obtaining the highest status of criminal hierarchy or maintaining it, creating or managing a group bearing criminal subculture, participating or becoming involved in a group bearing criminal subculture, addressing a participant of a group bearing criminal subculture or a person with the highest status of criminal hierarchy is a serious challenge for society, as such phenomena threaten to undermine or distort the values and notions established in society.

On 14 August, Minister of Justice Rustam Badasyan paid a visit to the Academy of Justice. The Minister, with the accompaniment of Rector Sergey Arakelyan, toured the institution, became familiar with the building conditions and visited the Armenian American Friendship Lobby Lounge, the hotel complex designed for listeners from provinces, the computer exam room and the court sessions hall.
