She was involved in and co-ordinated the development and implementation of the National Strategy for the Protection of Human Rights and the Action Plans deriving therefrom, and was involved in the delegations for developing alternative reports of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, as well as the Human Rights Defender on performance of convention obligations related to human rights by the Republic of Armenia and that for defence thereof in international committees, as well. As part of her work experience, she has coordinated the development and implementation processes of projects implemented by international development partners in the fields of justice and human rights.
