GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA
DECREE
ON APPROVAL OF THE NATIONAL STRATEGY FOR HUMAN RIGHTS PROTECTION AND DERIVING ACTION PLAN FOR 2020-2022
Based on Article 146(2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and in consideration of Paragraph 2 of the Appendix of Governmental Decree No. 667-L dated June 8, 2018, the Government of the Republic of Armenia decides:
- To approve:
1) The National Strategy for Human Rights Protection in accordance with Appendix 1;
2) The 2020-2022 Action Plan deriving from the National Strategy for Human Rights Protection in accordance with Appendix 2.
2. To the Minister of Justice: within a period of one month, to submit for the approval by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia the individual composition of the Coordinating Council.
3. To the heads of public administration system: within their powers and in the manner prescribed under the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, to provide assistance to the bodies in charge of conducting the activities set forth in Appendix 2 to this Decree, namely to provide any information requested, as prescribed by law.
