Minister of Justice receives delegation headed by Minister of Corrections, Probation and Legal Assistance of Georgia

On 30 June, Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia Arpine Hovhannisyan received the delegation, headed by Minister of Corrections, Probation and Legal Assistance of Georgia Kakha Kakhishvili, which is on a two-day visit to Armenia.
Greeting her counterpart, Arpine Hovhannisyan noted that Armenia has high-level and friendly relations with Georgia in almost all sectors. The Minister expressed hope that the visit of the delegation to Armenia would further strengthen the existing partnership in the justice sector. Stressing the importance of the achievements that Georgia has made in the probation sector, Arpine Hovhannisyan emphasised the need for exchange of experience and effective co-operation.
Minister of Corrections, Probation and Legal Assistance of Georgia Kakha Kakhishvili expressed gratitude for the reception, expressed willingness to use the existing potential and to deepen the co-operation and presented the achievements and practice in the probation sector.
At the end of the meeting, Kakha Kakhishvili invited the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia to pay an official visit to Georgia.
