Minister of Justice suspends activity of a notary public

Upon the order of Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia Arpine Hovhannisyan, the notary public of "Gavar" notarial district has been subjected to disciplinary liability, and a disciplinary penalty in the form of suspension of activity for a term of four months has been imposed on the notarial district.
The basis of the disciplinary penalty was the examination of notarial activities carried out by the working group of the Legitimacy Control Inspectorate of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia upon the order of the Minister, as a result of which elements of violation of law and other legal acts were detected.
