Draft Law “On the Constitutional Court” considered with representatives of the Venice Commission

Today, First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia Artur Hovhannisyan received the representatives of the Expert Group of the Venice Commission led by Head of the Delegation Monika Hermanns.
Artur Hovhannisyan welcomed the visit of the experts to Armenia and highlighted the usefulness and significance of bilateral meetings held on a regular basis.
During the meeting, a number of provisions of the draft Constitutional Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Constitutional Court” were discussed.
At the end of the meeting, the parties thanked each other for the constructive
co-operation in the process of development of the draft Constitutional Law.
