Dear citizens,

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia is continuously carrying out activities aimed at improving the quality of services provided to citizens in the field of civil status acts. The Ministry has launched a hot-line service equipped with modern instrumentation to promptly respond to the problems of citizens.

With the help of the "Services" section on e-hotline.am, citizens may not only be informed about services provided in the field of civil status acts, required documents and the fees for and time limits of provided services, but also receive information and submit a complaint via electronic mail, a web-call or a telephone call.

The Ministry urges to apply to the hot-line service of the Ministry in case of substantiated complaints regarding services provided by the territorial divisions of the Civil Status Acts Registration Agency via the 85-00 telephone number or e-hotline.am multifunctional portal. All substantiated complaints will be examined and processed accordingly.
