Unibank replenishes list of operators providing state services

By the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia adopted today, Unibank OJSC replenished the list of operators providing state services.
Minister of Justice Artak Zeynalyan reminded that the institution of operators performing the functions of service offices of bodies of state authorities was introduced in 2016. According to the Minister, there are currently nine active operators providing around 67 state services. “Attaching importance to the role and significance of this institution from the perspective of making services provided by bodies of state authorities maximally available and accessible for citizens and legal persons, we will continuously expand the list of operators,” Minister Zeynalyan said and recommended making a supplement to the relevant decision, engaging Unibank Open Joint Stock Company in the process as well. According to the Minister, the company has 35 technically equipped service offices located both in Yerevan and in the Marzes of the Republic of Armenia and have the required staff and the necessary logistics potential for proper fulfilment of their duties.
Thus, the number of operators performing the functions of service offices of the bodies of state authorities went from being 9 to 10, and as a result, these services will be provided by more than 130 offices in the near future. The operators will provide, for instance, services for state registration of legal entities and registration of civil status acts, for state unified cadastre of real estate and services in other sectors, including those provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Migration Service and the Police.
Let us remind that the operators performing the functions of service offices of the bodies of state authorities are HayPost CJSC, Ardshinbank CJSC, Ameriabank CJSC, Converse Bank CJSC, Anelik Bank CJSC and Armeconombank OJSC, Araratbank OJSC, as well as the State Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre adjunct to the Government of the Republic of Armenia and MobiDram CJSC.
