Process of administrative amnesty is over

The Compulsory Enforcement Service has completed the process of dismissing enforcement proceedings initiated on the basis of the administrative acts rendered by the Road Police with regard to a number of administrative offences committed in the period between 1 January 2012 and 31 December 2017.

Pursuant to part 1 of Article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On amnesty of fines applied for a number of administrative offences" having entered into force from 26 July 2018, the Service did not grant amnesty with regard to the proceedings when that obligation was related to such unlawful conduct of persons committing a crime, which contained prima facie elements of a crime, and in relation to that, criminal proceedings had been conducted, as a result of which there was a judicial act of conviction having entered into force, or the proceedings of the criminal case had been terminated on a non-acquittal ground. Based on the above-mentioned, the application of amnesty was dismissed by the end of the criminal proceedings.

The numbers of the administrative acts rendered by the Road Police, the enforcement proceedings initiated on the basis of those administrative acts were dismissed, are placed in a list on the official website of the Compulsory Enforcement Service at http://harkadir.am/hamanerum/.
