Self-assessment checklist of the United Nations Convention against Corruption being published

In 2018, the process of the Second Round for Implementation Monitoring of the United Nations Convention against Corruption (hereinafter referred to as "the Convention") was launched; within the framework of this, Chapter 2 (Prevention measures) and 5 (Asset recovery) of the Convention will undergo assessment. Within the framework of the Second Round for Implementation Review of the Convention, the supplemented version of the self-assessment checklist of the Republic of Armenia was submitted to the Secretariat of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime. We would like to inform that Serbia and the Dominican Republic will be monitoring Armenia within the framework of the Second Round.

Attaching importance to the ensuring of transparency and the need for involvement of civil society in regard to issues related to the anti-corruption field, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia presents the English version of the self-assessment checklist to interested non-governmental organisations.
