Draft Anti-Corruption Strategy submitted for public consideration

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia has submitted the draft Decision of the Government "On approving the Anti-Corruption Strategy of the Republic of Armenia and its Implementation Action Plan for 2019-2022" — revised as a result of broad public demand — for consideration on the www.e-draft.am platform: https://www.e-draft.am/projects/1733?fbclid=IwAR0Jk0yLAsuPUOm4bkIBAgowm6UnF2r4ib1u0upMUAET0FV7j3mMkG7J0hA.
The Strategy earmarks the areas of the anti-corruption policy for the coming years, as well as the anti-corruption institutional system.
According to the draft, the three main areas of the fight against corruption are prevention of corruption, disclosure of corruption crimes and anti-corruption education and awareness.
The Ministry of Justice anticipates the active participation of all interested parties in order to develop the best Strategy.
