Marriages have increased, divorces have decreased

During the first five months of 2019, 6.097 marriages were registered by the Civil Status Acts Registration Agency of the Ministry of Justice; this is 521 more as compared to the same period of 2018.
The number of divorces registered by the Civil Status Acts Registration Agency of the Ministry of Justice during the period between January and May 2019 has decreased by 151. During the first five months of 2019, 1.506 divorces were registered.
