Study being conducted at Kentron and Nork-Marash territorial body of Civil Status Acts Registration by order of Rustam Badasyan

In accordance with the order of Minister of Justice Rustam Badasyan, the Control Service of the Ministry of Justice is undertaking scrutiny of the activities carried out by Kentron and Nork-Marash territorial body of Civil Status Acts Registration in the period between 11 February 2019 and 25 February 2020.

The results of the scrutiny will be reported to the Minister of Justice, and relevant actions will be taken on the basis of those results.

Let us remind that a couple of days ago, Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan had touched upon the activities of the specified territorial body of Civil Status Acts Registration in one of his posts on a social network.

Notice: Pursuant to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On civil status acts", the territorial bodies of Civil Status Acts Registration shall act under the subordination of communities, and pursuant to Article 80, methodical management of and oversight over the bodies of Civil Status Acts Registration shall be carried out by the Ministry of Justice.
