From now on, the information in the register of the Agency for State Register of Legal Entities will be available online for persons carrying out media activity free of charge. Let us mention that, in the past, the mass media used to pay a state duty to receive information regarding each legal entity.
The Order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia “On approving the application forms for providing persons carrying out media activity with access to information in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities”, which was published yesterday, has entered into force today. Starting today, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs carrying out media activity may submit the completed applications, along with attached documents, to the currently operating territorial service offices of the Agency for State Register of Legal Entities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia. At the same time, taking into account the fact that a state of emergency has been declared in the Republic of Armenia and the current restrictions on the right to movement in the territory of the Republic of Armenia, we would like to inform that, until the end of the state of emergency, the specified applications may also be submitted electronically by sending the application and attached documents to the
