A number of issues related to implementation of the orders of the Minister of Justice discussed with bankruptcy managers

On 26 May, an online discussion on execution of the orders of the Minister of Justice arising from the Law “On bankruptcy” was held by the Ministry of Justice.

The discussion, was organised by the “Centre for Legislation Development and Legal Research”, held with the participation of about 3 dozens of bankruptcy managers and moderated by Director of the Foundation Tigran Dadunts, Candidate of Law, Member of the State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition Tigran Markosyan and the experts of the Foundation.

The procedure for conducting trainings for bankruptcy managers during 2020, selling the property belonging to the debtor through public bargains and submitting annual reports by the managers and other issues were presented during the online discussion.

The questions raised by the bankruptcy managers during the question-and-answer session were mainly related to the new system introduced for the selection of bankruptcy managers, the procedure for holding auctions, the procedure for registering managers and removing them from registration, etc.
