What should be done if attachment is fully imposed on a salary?

There are cases when attachment is fully imposed on a citizen’s salary in return for uncovered liabilities. It is likely that the compulsory enforcement officer does not know whether the debtor receives a salary or other incomes through those accounts or not when the compulsory enforcement officer is imposing attachment. If there are grounds prescribed by law, the Compulsory Enforcement Service of the Ministry of Justice is entitled to apply levy of execution on the debtor’s salary and the fees equalled to the salary, accumulative and voluntary funded pensions, scholarship, remuneration received through the use of objects of intellectual property, state pensions, but in a certain percentage, not fully, until the full amount for levy of execution is repaid.
