Ministry of Justice refutes cast aspersions

Today, aspersions were cast according to which an employee of the Ministry of Justice was forced to write a resignation letter, as the employee had attached the flag of Artsakh on the window of his or her car. The author of the false information is member of Hayrenik Party Arsen Babayan. We inform that the published information is an absolute lie.

In addition, in the false information it was mentioned that “the employee ‘threatened’ the Minister of Justice that he or she would make a public statement, if the Minister did not stop the illegal claim”. We inform that Minister Andreasyan has never had such a conversation with any employee.

Nevertheless, if any illegal act has been committed against any employee of the Ministry, in case names are made public or are provided to the Ministry, the Control Department is ready to launch an official investigation and bring any official having violated the law to liability.
