Co-operation between Agency for State Register of Legal Entities and law firms

As a result of the co-operation between the Ministry of Justice and representatives of the advocates’ community, the law firms performing certain functions of the Agency for the State Register of Legal Entities will have the opportunity to increase, at any moment, the number of employees benefitting from the system.
This change will ease the workload of state bodies.
As a result of discussions, certain amounts of fees have also been defined — the fee for every new user has been defined at AMD 17.000 (for one month) and AMD 170.000 (for one year), in addition to the fees for one month (AMD 50.000) and one year (AMD 500.000) which were previously defined for advocates or law offices.
This decision of the Government is conditioned by the large influx of investors who have visited Armenia.
