Ministry of Justice did not transfer Atilla Çiçek and Hüseyin Yıldırım, Kurd by ethnic origin, to Turkey

In addition to the report disseminated by the National Security Service, we would like to inform that the Ministry of Justice has the competence to transfer a convict to the country of his or her citizenship for the purpose of serving the remaining part of the punishment. However, no transfer of Atilla Çiçek and Hüseyin Yıldırım, Kurd by ethnic origin, spread on the Internet, was carried out by the Ministry of Justice.
Moreover, no issue regarding the extradition or transfer of the mentioned persons was discussed in the Ministry of Justice.
