The Ministry of Justice, adhering to the policy adopted by the Government and its commitment, continuously takes steps in the direction of increasing the quality of services provided to citizens and eliminating possible complications for the latter in their relations with state authorities.

From now on, one of the most requested services provided by the Civil Status Acts Registration Agency of the Ministry of Justice, the service of certifying documents with an “apostille”, will be available during break hours as well. This reform will significantly reduce the accumulation of queues made up of RA and foreign citizens. The reform is a breakthrough especially for our compatriots and foreign citizens working in the public and private sectors who use the “apostille” authentication service, who can get the necessary service at the most convenient break times for them, effectively managing the working day.
