From now on, if necessary, a sign language interpreter can also be involved in notary procedures

The Ministry of Justice conducted the qualification check of interpreters participating in notary activities, in which, among other languages, people fluent in sign language also participated.
It should be noted that such an indicator is unprecedented, considering that no person knowing sign language had submitted an application before.
Three sign language interpreters participated in the qualification check, of which only one passed the check stage.
The Ministry of Justice welcomes this turnout, as the presence of sign language interpreters will improve the notary translation process and make life easier for citizens.
