Compulsory Enforcement Service has new chief — Minister Grigor Minasyan introduced Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer to the staff

Minister of Justice Grigor Minasyan introduced Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer Arsen Mnatsakanyan to the staff of the Compulsory Enforcement Service.

First, the Minister expressed his gratitude to former Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer Sergey Meghryan for his work done and emphasised that the reforms launched will be ongoing.

Grigor Minasyan expressed hope that newly appointed Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer Arsen Mnatsakanyan will invest his work experience and education in order to solve the existing problems of the Service and implement the reforms. "It is noteworthy that Arsen Mnatsakanyan has more than 10 years of work experience in the compulsory enforcement sector. "I am hopeful that the staff of the Service will support Mr Mnatsakanyan to carry out effective activities in the assumed position," Minister Minasyan stated in his speech.

Arsen Mnatsakanyan expressed gratitude for the trust and emphasised that all efforts will be made to implement the reforms.
