Upon decision of Minister Grigor Minasyan, the powers of Bankruptcy Administrator Aleksandr Karakelyan are terminated

Upon the decisions rendered in four cases filed with the Ministry of Justice from the Court of Bankruptcy, the powers of Bankruptcy Administrator Aleksandr Karakelyan were early terminated on the ground of improper performance of his powers.
Considering the above-mentioned decisions, the Control Department presented to the Minister of Justice the facts on available grounds to terminate the qualification of the Bankruptcy Administrator with regard to which, the qualification of Bankruptcy Administrator Aleksandr Karakelyan was terminated upon the decision of Minister of Justice Grigor Minasyan.
