Draft Concept Paper on Constitutional Reforms considered; Council and Commission for Constitutional Reforms hold joint session

The Council and Commission for Constitutional Reforms held a joint session chaired by Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia Grigor Minasyan. The submission of the draft of the Concept Paper on Constitutional Reforms and the decision on the timetable for discussions were on the agenda.
After the members of the Commission delivered their reports, the members and the rapporteurs participated in a question-and-answer session, after which the members of the Council delivered their speeches.
