29 candidates have applied to obtain qualification of bankruptcy administrator

The first stage of qualification tests for bankruptcy administrator has been launched, and among the attendees was Deputy Minister of Justice, Chairperson of the Qualification Commission for Bankruptcy Administrators Armenuhi Harutyunyan.

In her opening remarks, Armenuhi Harutyunyan expressed greetings to the persons participating in the qualification test and wished them success during the examination period. The qualification test will be held in two stages; the first stage included answering test questions and solving a situational problem, and the second stage will include the interview. Twenty-nine candidates for administrator participated in the first stage.

The issues related to the qualification test for bankruptcy administrator are regulated by the Law "On bankruptcy" and Order of the Minister of Justice No 112-N of 13 March 2020 "On establishing the procedure for formation and activities of the Qualification Commission for Bankruptcy Administrators, the requirements for application for participating in the qualification test, the list of documents required for participating in the qualification test, and the procedure for qualification testing and granting qualification".
