Powers of bankruptcy administrator terminated by order of Minister of Justice

After a study based on the application of a citizen, it was documented that there is a violation of the requirement in point 4 of part 1 of Article 29.2 of the Law "On bankruptcy" in the actions of Chairperson of the Observer Board of the Self-Regulatory Collegial Organisation of Bankruptcy Administrators, bankruptcy administrator Arsen Chitchyan (father's name: Vasily). As a result, taking into account the fact that Arsen Chitchyan (father's name: Vasily) has been sentenced for an intentional crime, upon Decision of the Minister of Justice No 96-A of 22 December 2023, the qualification of Arsen Chitchyan (father's name: Vasily) has been terminated.
