Violations recorded in 38 notarial acts; Disciplinary penalty imposed on notary public in Gegharkunik Marz by decision of Minister

By the decision of Minister of Justice Grigor Minasyan, the disciplinary penalty "strict reprimand" has been imposed on notary public of Gegharkunik Marz (seat in "the city of Gavar") Lala Melikyan. As a result of the studies conducted by the Control Department of the Ministry of Justice, elements of violation of the requirements of the law and other legal acts were recorded in 38 notarial acts approved by the particular notary public.
