Deputy Minister of Justice Levon Balyan introduces newly appointed First Deputy Head of Penitentiary Service

Deputy Minister of Justice Levon Balyan has introduced the personnel of the Penitentiary Service to newly appointed First Deputy Head of the Service Sahak Grigoryan. Levon Balyan congratulated Deputy Head Grigoryan on his appointment and wished him good service and fruitful work, voicing hope that the First Deputy Head will maximally invest his work experience for the benefit of the Penitentiary Service. In his turn, Head of the Penitentiary Service, Colonel of Justice Ambakum Grigoryan, congratulating Sahak Grigoryan, noted that the latter is vested with high human and volitional attributes, is a professional specialist and expressed confidence that they will record high indicators through co-operation. Sahak Grigoryan expressed gratitude for the trust, indicated that he is glad to be engaged in the activities of the Service and fully hopes that all the ongoing and future programmes will be carried out effectively. At the end, the new system of performance evaluation of penitentiary officers was touched upon, and a number of sector-specific issues were discussed as well.
