Competition announced within scope of awareness campaign for Whistle-Blowing System and co-operation with USAID

Within the scope of the fight against corruption and under the co-ordination of the Ministry of Justice, a one-year nationwide awareness-raising campaign for the Whistle-Blowing System has been launched. Within the framework of the campaign, it is planned to hold a series of target events, with the active involvement of sector-specific civil society organisations and international organisations. In particular, the actions to be implemented will include awareness-raising activities with regard to the Whistle-Blowing System for regional and community authorities and the educational system, the filming of informational videos devoted to the Whistle-Blowing System and the posting of information on the official websites of state bodies, etc. In the aforementioned context, as a result of close co-operation with the USAID, a competition has been announced to engage a civil society organisation experienced in the anti-corruption field. The aim of this competition is to minimise negative perceptions regarding whistleblowers, raise the level of awareness about the vital role that they play, as well as underscore the role of the Unified Electronic Platform for Whistle-Blowing (azdararir.am) in the fight against corruption.
