Personnel changes within the Penitentiary Service

Based on the orders issued by Minister of Justice Grigor Minasyan, there have been shifts of personnel within penitentiary institutions; accordingly, Head of “Armavir” Penitentiary Institution, Colonel of Justice Laert Grigoryan has, by way of transfer, been appointed as the Head of the "Hospital of Convicts" Penitentiary Institution.

Colonel of Justice Arsen Arzumanyan has been dismissed from the position held and has been appointed as Head of "Armavir" Penitentiary Institution of the Ministry of Justice by way of transfer.

Colonel of Justice Artak Ghazaryan has been dismissed from the position held and has been appointed as Head of "Sevan" Penitentiary Institution by way of transfer.

The temporary execution of duties of the Head of "Artik" Penitentiary Institution has been assigned to Deputy Head of “Artik” Penitentiary Institution, Lieutenant Colonel of Justice Vahagn Yeranosyan.

Head of the "Hospital of Convicts" Penitentiary Institution of the Ministry of Justice, Colonel of Justice Ruben Khalapyan has been dismissed from the position held in the Penitentiary Service.
