31/01/2024
Due to the launch of the electronic system for civil procedure, the Ministry of Justice, jointly with the Chamber of Advocates, has launched training courses to transfer the capacities and skills of the electronic platform to advocates. During the training courses, the advocatorial community was introduced to the operating procedures of the system — filing a statement of claim, paying state duty, attaching evidence, responding to a statement of claim, filing an application or motion, as well as the opportunity to appeal a particular civil judgment. Over 800 advocates have already participated in the training courses, both on-site and off-site. The training courses will be ongoing. In the past, the Supreme Judicial Council made a statement, according to which starting from February 2024, all procedural documents for new court cases filed with a particular court will be prepared and filed through an electronic system, in accordance with the toolkit and requirements provided and proposed under the system.
