Grigor Minasyan pays working visit to "Armavir" Penitentiary Institution; a number of assignments given to administration

Minister of Justice Grigor Minasyan, Deputy Minister Levon Balyan, Deputies Davit Arushanyan and Mikayel Tumasyan, with the accompaniment of Head of the Penitentiary Service, Colonel of Justice Ambakum Grigoryan, toured "Armavir" Penitentiary Institution. First, the Minister was introduced to the conditions in the hall designed for parcels, talked to the citizens and listened to their suggestions and complaints. During the tour, the Minister was also introduced to the air conditioning system; the conditions in the cells and maintenance in the rooms for long-term and short-term visits; the repaired library; the room for securing advocate-client video calls at "Armavir" Penitentiary Institution, as well as the surveillance equipment available at the Penitentiary Institution and the operation of the equipment. The Minister attached importance to the organising of proper and quality construction works at the Penitentiary Institution, and a number of assignments were given for this. Grigor Minasyan also attended the event organised at the Penitentiary Institution and dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Paruyr Sevak. The event was organised by the convicts who are members of the Amateur Cultural Union operating at the Penitentiary Institution. The directors of the House-Museums of Paruyr Sevak and Yeghishe Charents and other guests were also participating in the event.
