Head of “Vanadzor” Penitentiary Institution dismissed

By the Order of Minister of Justice Grigor Minasyan, Head of “Vanadzor” Penitentiary Institution, Colonel of Justice Manuk Poghosyan has been dismissed from penitentiary service and from the position held.
