Severe reprimand given to Notary Public of Tavush Marz Gurgen Ananyan

By the Decision of the Minister of Justice, disciplinary penalty "severe reprimand" has been imposed on Notary Public of "Tavush Marz" Notarial District (seat in "the city of Ijevan”) Gurgen Ananyan. By the Decision of the Administrative Court of Appeal, the notarial actions of the notary public of issuing certificates of the right to inheritance by law to citizens were declared unlawful, and certificates of the right to inheritance by law issued to citizens were declared invalid.
