Liability to be considered fully fulfilled if 50% of fine and enforcement cost of remaining amount are paid

According to the Law "On making supplements and amendments to the Code of the Republic of Armenia on Administrative Offences", liability shall be considered as fully fulfilled if 50% of the fine established for administrative offences — submitted to the Compulsory Enforcement Service for enforcement before 5 April 2024 and set forth in the Law — and the relevant enforcement cost are paid. A three-month time period has been set for benefitting from this privilege. Citizens can make payments through the "My Profile" and "Wanted" platforms of the CES official website (cesa.am), payment and settlement terminals and banks. In the stage of enforcement, the amount of 50% of the fine of each enforcement proceeding and enforcement costs calculated for the remaining amount will be shown in the payment system, except for administrative offences to which the regulations of the aforementioned Law do not apply. The regulations will take effect starting from 5 April.
