Report on progress of piloting the risk and needs assessment tool for convicts considered under chairmanship of Levon Balyan

Deputy Minister of Justice Levon Balyan delivered an opening speech at the final discussion on the risk and needs assessment tool for convicts being piloted at penitentiary institutions within the scope of the Council of Europe Project "Strengthening the Protection of the Rights of Persons in Detention".
The Deputy Minister highly appreciated the support of the Council of Europe provided within the scope of the Project. The report on the progress of piloting the risk and needs assessment tool was considered during the meeting, followed by a question and answer session. By the end of the meeting, the participants discussed further steps and recapped the issues raised during the discussion.
