The notary bodies of Armenia and France discuss possibility of deepening co-operation

A meeting of representatives of the High Council of French Notariat and the Notarial Chamber of the Republic of Armenia was held under the chairmanship of Secretary General of the Ministry of Justice Sirvard Gevorgyan. The latest reforms of the notary system in Armenia were presented. The participants attached special importance to the introduction of a new electronic tool, with the help of which banks, credit organisations and a number of other organisations can apply to notaries public with claims for levying an amount of up to AMD 2 million. The parties expressed willingness to strengthen and develop co-operation within the scope of further reforms of the notary system and provision of higher quality services to citizens.
