180 packages with a mass resembling the narcotic drug "Heroin" detected with a woman who brought delivery to a convict

Officers detected white powder-like mass resembling narcotic drug on the towels in the delivery brought for a convict of "Armavir" Penitentiary Institution. On the ground of reasonable suspicion that emerged, operational officers arrested citizen S. N. who brought the delivery and subjected the citizen to a personal search, as a result of which an unprecedented number - 180 separated packages containing particularly large amount of masses resembling the narcotic drug "Heroin" weighing 146.07 grammes were detected in a perfume box that the woman had with her.
