New regulations for notification in enforcement proceedings, a comprehensive toolkit to protect stakeholders' rights — More effective compulsory enforcement system being introduced

The National Assembly has adopted, in the second reading, a package of drafts of the new Law "On enforcement proceedings" and approximately 30 related laws. The aim of the amendments is to establish simpler regulations by using common legal concepts which, as a result, will lead to the introduction of an effective and comprehensive toolkit for protection of the rights of participants of enforcement proceedings and stakeholders and the establishment of legal grounds required for an effective compulsory enforcement system.

The adoption of the Drafts will create an opportunity to convey new quality to compulsory enforcement, introduce predictable and clear regulations, increase efficiency of enforcement and provide a comprehensive toolkit for protection of stakeholders' rights, resulting in the introduction of the necessary legal grounds for having a compulsory enforcement system that a citizen will really trust.
