Penitentiary and Compulsory Enforcement Services also paid tribute to victims of the Armenian Genocide

Under the leadership of Head of the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice, Colonel Ambakum Grigoryan and Head of the Compulsory Enforcement Service Arsen Mnatsakanyan, the officers of the mentioned institutions also paid tribute to the victims of the Armenian Genocide. The officers laid flowers at the memorial complex eternalising the memory of the victims.
