The three-stage discussions for finalising the results of the 7-month internship for implementation of the institution of issuing an executive order under a claim for levy of execution of a sum are over, and they will result in the establishment of a common practice. Advisor to the Minister of Justice Liana Tovmasyan, who attended the three-stage training-discussions, mentioned that the Ministry of Justice attaches importance to the introduction of the institution of issuing an executive order under a claim for levy of execution of a sum as a successful initiative aimed at easing the workload of courts. What was also highlighted was the willingness of the Ministry to identify and resolve legal and practical issues having arisen within the scope of the law-enforcement practice of the reforms. Liana Tovmasyan expressed gratitude to the Supreme Judicial Council and all the judges having attended the trainings for the great efforts made for introducing and sustaining the institution and for the ongoing support, highlighting, at the same time, the willingness of the Notarial Chamber and notaries public for sustaining the newly introduced institution. The high professional efficiency of the conducted three-stage trainings was also emphasised, as a result of which it will be possible to establish a common practice of notaries public with regard to a number of problematic issues. During the trainings, inter alia, a number of problems recorded during the first seven months of application of the institution of issuing by notaries public of an executive order under the claim of levy of execution of a sum in respect of guarantees, penalties, notifications, time limits and calculations, were discussed, and the mechanisms for solutions and possible legislative solutions were recorded. The discussion-trainings were organised within the scope of the CoE Project "Support to Justice Reform in Armenia", which is co-financed by the EU and the CoE within the scope of "Partnership for Good Governance" initiative.
