New results-based system for officers of the Compulsory Enforcement Service — Levon Balyan submits draft law to National Assembly

During the session of the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs of the National Assembly, Deputy Minister of Justice Levon Balyan submitted the draft Law "On making a supplement to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On the Compulsory Enforcement Service"”.

The draft envisages adding a provision to the Law, as a result of which additional social guarantees will be granted to officers of the Compulsory Enforcement Service.

Thus, in case the amendment is adopted, the State Budget of the Republic of Armenia shall provide for an additional bonus fund for the Compulsory Enforcement Service for every subsequent year, the conditions for the generation of which, the procedure for calculating and determining the maximum amount to be allocated shall be established by the Government.

The Committee gave a positive opinion on the submitted draft, and it will be considered during the plenary session of the Parliament.
