Whistle-blowing system introduced to members of Integrity Clubs in 8 schools of Armenia

The series of nation-wide trainings within the scope of the campaign for raising awareness about whistle-blowing is in progress. In her opening remarks at the training organised within the scope of the Armenia Integrity Project of the "All for Equal Rights” Foundation, Adviser to the Minister of Justice Liana Tovmasyan presented the nation-wide whistle-blowing campaign, emphasising the role of the whistle-blowing system in combating corruption and attaching importance to the continuation of activities aimed at raising awareness about this among young people. During the training course, the institution of whistle-blowing, the types of whistle-blowing and means of protection for whistle-blowers, as well as the ways of using the unified whistle-blowing platform were presented to the members of the Integrity Clubs established in 8 schools of Armenia in May and their mentors. At the end of the on-line training, Liana Tovmasyan underscored the commitment of the State to enhance the role of the whistle-blowing system and presented the results achieved within the scope of the whistle-blowing campaign.

The training was conducted within the scope of the Armenia Integrity Project funded by the Ministry of Justice and the USAID and being implemented by "All for Equal Rights” Foundation.
