Tsovinar Khachatryan appointed Press Secretary of the Minister of Justice

By the order of Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia Srbuhi Galyan, Tsovinar Khachatryan has been appointed Press Secretary of the Minister of Justice. Tsovinar Khachatryan has more than 20 years of experience in the field of public relations. She has worked as the Press Secretary of the Central Electoral Commission, the Office of the Human Rights Defender, the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, the Chairperson of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia, the Chairperson of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia and the heads of a number of other government agencies. She is a Candidate of Sciences. Currently, she is a lecturer at V. Brusov State University.
