Ministry of Justice is inviting companies specialised in the field of advanced technologies to participate in competition to test new administrative court system

The Ministry of Justice is announcing a tender for the acquisition of consulting services for quality verification and testing of the new administrative procedure system. It is envisaged that the administrative procedure system will be used by judges, other representatives of the judicial system, all state bodies, lawyers, as well as citizens.

The primary objective of the services to be acquired is to conduct quality verification and testing of the system being developed, as well as to provide a professional opinion on compliance, partial compliance or non-compliance with the requirements of the software development contract. As part of the software testing, the consultant will conduct code testing, system testing, system unit test, integration test, performance test, boot test, compatibility test and user acceptance test.

The Ministry of Justice is inviting all companies specialised in the field of advanced technologies and having experience in testing systems to participate in the procurement process under code "ՀՀԱՆ-ԳՀԽԾՁԲ-24/32". The invitation is posted on the official journal of procurements available at www.procurement.am. in Armenian and Russian.
